01Can I exhibit if I am not a professional artist?+

Yes. Artists of all experience levels are welcome, from amateurs to professionals. Please check the theme and eligibility requirements for your chosen exhibition.

02How much does it cost to exhibit?+

For each exhibition day, the first artwork is US$150 and each additional artwork is US$100, up to five artworks per day. You may choose different artworks and a different number of artworks each day. For multiple days, add the fee for each selected day. This is the total exhibition price payable to ARDORE, including printing, framing, translation and foreign-language support. Daily totals are US$150 for one artwork, US$250 for two, US$350 for three, US$450 for four and US$550 for five. For example, one artwork on one day and three on another cost US$500 in total.

03Can I change my artworks and the number of artworks each day?+

Yes. Choose individual dates from May 15–18, 2027, with up to five artworks on each selected day. You can choose different artworks and quantities for each day. List your choices in your application. Fees are calculated separately for each day and then added together.

04What is included in the international exhibition price?+

Printing, framing, translation and foreign-language support are included in the total exhibition price. There is no additional charge from ARDORE for these included services. If you choose to sell work at the venue, the separate sales commission and sales-payout transfer fee described in the terms apply.

05How do I apply and pay?+

Contact us to confirm availability and receive application instructions. After reviewing your selected dates and daily artwork counts, we will email the confirmed total and payment instructions. Payment is due in advance within seven days of applying. Use the Stripe payment link provided in that email and check the US-dollar amount against your confirmed total before paying.

06Can I submit digital art?+

Yes. Digital art is welcome. Some exhibitions may be restricted to digital or traditional media. We will provide submission instructions for each exhibition.

07Can I exhibit fan art?+

Fan art is accepted only in exhibitions specifically dedicated to it. All other exhibitions require original work. You are responsible for checking the rights holder’s guidelines and obtaining any necessary permissions.

08When is the application deadline?+

Applications close when all places are filled, so the deadline varies by exhibition. We recommend applying early.

09Can I pay in instalments?+

Please contact us when applying to discuss payment options. Credit-card payment is available; instalment availability must be confirmed individually.

10What if I need to cancel?+

If you cancel within eight days of applying, we will refund your payment less the bank transfer fee. After this period, the full exhibition fee is charged as a cancellation fee. Alternatively, you may postpone your exhibition or transfer to another exhibition. If the new exhibition costs more, you must pay the difference. Postponement and transfers are not available once the exhibition period has begun.

11Do I need to attend or install my work?+

No attendance is required during the exhibition. Gallery staff handle installation, exhibition operations and sales at the venue.

12Where should I send my work?+

Delivery addresses, installation and collection arrangements, and digital-file submission instructions are provided for each exhibition. Please follow those instructions.

13How is the display position chosen?+

Staff arrange the display based on the number and size of artworks, frame or canvas specifications, and the number and size of any merchandise, aiming for a balanced presentation.

14Can I leave business cards or a guest book?+

You may provide up to 20 business cards per artist. Guest books are available only for Collection exhibitions and solo exhibitions. We do not print business cards or merchandise; please prepare and send your own.

15Can I exhibit work I have already shared online?+

Yes. Work does not need to be new, but it must fit the exhibition’s specified theme or subject.

16Is photography accepted?+

Yes. You are responsible for any necessary permissions, including rights relating to people appearing in your photographs. The gallery does not clear these rights on your behalf.

17Will the works be shown on the website?+

All exhibited works will be featured on the gallery’s exhibition page. Please let us know if yours is missing. Late arrival of work may delay publication.

18Can I exhibit without selling my work?+

Yes. Work may be marked not for sale. Gallery staff handle sales at the venue. Online sales are not currently available.

19What is the sales commission?+

For “Look at What I Love,” the commission is 10% of the sale price. The artist also pays the transfer fee for the sales payout. These are separate from the exhibition price and apply to sales.

20What information goes on the artwork label?+

The label includes the artist’s name, artwork title, medium and tax-inclusive sale price. Please follow the information and submission instructions for your exhibition.

21Can I display or sell merchandise?+

Availability and display space vary by exhibition. Please check the individual exhibition’s guidance.

22When will I receive a sales report and payment?+

If your work sells, we will email a sales statement within four days after the exhibition ends. After you check and reply, we will pay the proceeds to your nominated account after deducting the sales commission and transfer fee. If you do not reply within one month, we will finalise the statement and pay the account registered in your application. We do not send individual reports when no sales have been made.
